APL understands the coronavirus is impacting our daily lives and is causing possible disruptions to the customers we serve. We're prepared to handle circumstances related to the coronavirus through our business continuity protocols. Ensuring continuous service for our customers is our top priority.

Our digital systems allow us to protect our colleagues and still provide a high level of service. Nearly all of our colleagues are working securely in remote locations and practicing social distancing in order to:

What Employers Can Do to Help

In preparation for the unexpected, such as delays in mail service, we recommend the following:

  • Current users of APL’s Online Service Center (OSC), please continue paying online. If you have not used online bill payment, please go to secured.ampublic.com to register.
  • If you are unable to submit your bill electronically, please submit to P.O. Box 925, Jackson, MS 39205-0925.
  • Encourage your employees to set up their online account through secured.ampublic.com to view coverage information, submit claims and view claim status.

Download Direct Deposit Form

Sign Up for Direct Deposit

With direct deposit, claim benefits that are not assigned to the provider of service can be deposited directly to the insured's bank. Just download and email the completed form to custsvc@ampublic.com, fax to 877-807-0911 or mail to PO Box 925, Jackson, MS 39205-0925.
